AA Michael introduced Sharon to the concept of using sound  as a powerful healing tool to balance the auric field and Chakra system. Using channeled techniques, she was guided to use tuning forks alongside her energy work using the principles of resonance, intention and entrainment to help bring about healing and transformation in those who seek it.
'We are vibrational beings. Our physical bodies are made up of particles that are constantly moving and creating sound. The sound we create depends on our thoughts, actions and intake. As the mind centres of our spiritual body, the Chakras are constantly processing and reacting to these vibrations and if not spinning at the correct frequency, will result in dis-harmony. Eventually this can manifest itself in dis-ease in the physical form'.
